RSPCA Service - Blessing of the animals

Sunday October 3, at 9am, Oxley Creek Common  (off Sherwood Rd, next to Oxley Creek)

No English service in the church building that morning.  BYO folding chair and pet.

Men's Group.

This is on Thursday  nights during school terms, 7- 7.30pm for a cuppa, 7.30-9pm program. This is a safe place for men to explore what it means to be a man today, and to expereince the support and encouragement of other men on their journey of life, love and authenticity. We start with check in time, where men have the opportunity to say how their week has been, and then we look at a life topic.The 10 week pilot program went very well and other men are encouraged to join in and see what this 'men's work' is like.

Peacemaking

Over 4 Sundays (Aug 23 - Sept 13) we  learnt the Biblical principles of peacemaking. Conflict is inevitable, but we  learnt godly ways to sort things through and restore relationships.  Check out the sermons. This is based on the material of Ken Sande 'The Peacemaker' and Ted Kober 'Confession and Forigveness'.
